Breakfast is the most important meal of the day -  it quite literally means 'to break the fast, break-fast' - we'll be teaching you why getting it right can make such a huge difference to your health and vitality. 

Learn directly from Heath Daly (20-year naturopath and co-owner of The Raw Kitchen) and Aurora Gilbert (of Holistic Health Nut), as they explore the power of breakfast and teach you the following dishes, with tastings of each:

  • Nutrient-packed gluten free waffles 2 ways:

  • Mexican savoury waffles with smokey butter beans, avocado, tomato, coriander salsa and sprouts

  • Sweet spiced pumpkin and cassava waffles with creamy coconut yoghurt and hemp seeds

  • Mushroom and thyme quinoa porridge with chia and breakfast greens

  • Creamy medicinal mushroom and ashwagandha hot chocolate

This workshop explores the options available to us to create meals that are nutrient dense, low allergenic, easy to make and of course, incredibly enjoyable. It's our goal to ensure that each recipe is tasty, satiating and leaves you feeling so great that you will go home wanting to make them again and again, and be ready to say goodbye to the typical carb-laden, sugar-laden, gluten and dairy-full dishes that make up the standard Australian breakfast menu!

Heath Daly: Heath is the owner of The Raw Kitchen and a Naturopath with over 20 years experience in holistic medicine. He was a senior lecturer at The Australian College of Natural Medicine and has been public lecturing on health and wellness for the last 12 years. Heath is a progressive health educator on a mission to help people connect back to nature and heal.

Aurora Gilbert: Aurora is a holistic health and wellness coach, World Body Building Fitness Model's gold medalist and owner of Perth-based business, Holistic Health Nut. She is inspired by healthy living and helping others easily integrate more health and fun into their everyday lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund or transfer is provided for cancellations 2 weeks or more before the event. A 50% refund or credit is provided for cancellations or transfers to an alternative date less than 2 weeks before the event. Unfortunately refunds or transfers are not available for cancellations within 48hrs of the event or non-attendance. If you are unable to make the event on the day for any reason, you're welcome to find somebody to replace you, but we are unable to process refunds or transfers for non attendance. Please NB: dates are subject to cancellation if minimum class numbers are not reached.
