SHELDON GRANT LEON

Sheldon Grant Leon's yoga style stems from over 15 years teaching thousands of people here in Australia, Asia and America. He was formally trained in vinyasa, hatha and iyengar, so with this classical yoga background, he then creates and weaves his intuitive spirit into the other major influences of his life (being dance - jazz, classical & modern - and gymnastics). As he says, "I was always completive, strong and determined, but not until yoga found me did I start to understand and learn how to open my heart fully to the true meaning of soft and hard, yin and yang, fire and water. Sheldon loves teaching his students what yoga is truly about in all its forms and manifestations, so come along and feel this dance of life! It will inspire your body, mind and soul to grow and evolve in ways you may have never thought possible. As the Chinese proverb says, "If you have a song in your heart, the singing bird will come".
